1) Annoyed with the Military and how they treat you once you are no longer affiliated with them.  Way ta’ say thanx for your service as a member and one time as a spouse.

2) Annoyed with the process it takes to get what you need.  Take for instance those seeking SS, they actually have to hire a lawyer to get what is rightfully theirs.

3) Annoyed with automated phone systems, I complained about it before, I’m complaining about it again:

“Please press 89,0000 to speak with a representative”
“Please enter your date of birth (because only YOU would know this information and be able to punch it in, no one else would dream of committing fraud and no one else could possibly know this information.)”
“I’m sorry I did not understand that,  Please enter your date of birth”
“I’m sorry I did not understand that,  Please enter your date of birth”
“I’m sorry I did not understand that,  Please enter your date of birth”
“I’m sorry I did not understand that,  Please enter your date of birth”
“Did you mean 00/00/00?  If so press 1″
“To speak with a representative please press 0″
“We’re sorry all of our representatives are busy helping other customers, please try your call again later, goodbye”
WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?  After all of that?!?!?!

1) Overjoyed at the excitement/fear I still feel when I look at my work in camera or online.  If I were to lose this feeling, then I know it’d be time to move on, but I am grateful to God, I have a passion for what I do.

2) Overjoyed at the outpouring love shown to my children at this moment in life, they are surrounded by great examples and positive role models.

3) Overjoyed that I learned new things that were always there about myself, I just needed to dig a lil to find me again.  I’m pretty awesome!  (Yeah I said it)

Sadly I think that’s it…It’s been a rough week, here’s hoping the next one brings good things.

1) Annoyed with people disappointing me…if you say you will do something in a timely manner, all I ask is that you remain a woman/man of your word.

2) Annoyed with learning that certain things you shared in confidence with someone who claimed they’d keep it that way, end’s up getting to people anyway.

3) Annoyed with myself for forgetting where loyalties lie and going against my better judgement by trusting certain people who aren’t really my friends but know me by proximity.  Lesson learned.

4) Annoyed with having to wait on people when I have things to do and places to go.

5) Annoyed that people are getting things I need that they only want just to say they have it, because they are good at manipulating those around them.  And here I am doing things by the book and I still go without. smh

6) Annoyed that we have become an automated world and that I can’t talk to a real person when I need to get something done.

1) Overjoyed that my daughters arm is healed up…She broke it around 3 weeks ago but it was too high for a cast so she’s been in a sling this whole time.

2) Overjoyed with creativeLIVE and all the awesomeness that they bring, especially when it has to do with Jasmine Star.  I’m inspired all over again!

3) Overjoyed that my dearest, most treasured friend is doing better after a scare.  You are not allowed to get sick like that again.  EVER!

4) Overjoyed that the week is over and I get a do-over.  I deserve it.

But alas, I do find moments when I get to break through the barrier and laugh a lil.  It’s the reason I had kids; this right here:

I just couldn’t resist, there she was sleeping in peace, and after all my prodding and poking to wake her and take her home and her not responding I realized she IS a mini me and sleeps deeply so I took advantage of this  opportunity.  I might have to dedicate a whole week to the images of the things I do to my kids for fun.

1) Annoyed with the neighbor across the street who parks in the street instead of her drive way, making it hard for me to refrain from hitting her car purposely by accident as I pull out of my driveway.  ;-/

2) Annoyed with “those” people who say “I called you 8 times and got no response” or “I have been emailing you and you wont get back to me” to place the blame on me for why they haven’t been in touch.  Yeah OK, sure.  Funny, I never got a voicemail…Hmmmmm

3) Annoyed with Divas…especially when they actually have NO reason to be one.  Get off your high horse and join the rest of us down here on earth.

4) Annoyed with Lactose intolerance.  I’ll leave this one vague.  You can draw your own conclusions.

5) Annoyed with “Google Alerts” for those who don’t know it’s a way to see how much ur (biz) name is out there being talked about…well since my name is Latina Vega I get constant updates about Las Vegas or the Latin culture…:-( what a tease.

1) Overjoyed with the warmer weather that we’re finally getting.  Beach time has arrived!

2) Overjoyed for answered prayer.  As the days go by and as I get closer to him, I’m beginning to see more clear and be at peace with certain decisions that have been and have to be made.  It’s all I asked for…Peace.

3) Overjoyed with checklists.  I get a certain satisfaction with being able to cross something off a list of things to do.  I feel accomplished and busy even if my list consists of how many steps it takes to get to my room…if I can check it off, I WILL.

4) Overjoyed with reconnecting with old friends despite the circumstance.

5) Overjoyed with my kids…they r who keep me sane in an otherwise crazy time in my life.  Thank you girls (I know u read my blog) Now get up and do your chores!  :-)

I was born and raised in NY.  I NEVER got used to the cold.  At times I miss the snow but summer has always been my time of year to shine.  I feel like a bear that’s been hibernating for the last three seasons and when summer comes around I am HAPPY.   It’s that time of year again and I am so happy.  I am one of those people who finds it harder to warm up than to cool down.  Rumor has it this year is going to be quite hot for Florida.  Bring it on!
